All Resilient Movement programs can be custom-tailored to include:

  • Video check-in calls

  • Email communication to monitor progress + answer questions

  • Virtual, video-based training plan (corrective exercise, fitness, performance training)

  • Live, 1:1 training sessions

  • 8, 10, 12+ week programming

  • This is a good starting point if you are looking to change up your current training program because you feel that you’ve hit a plateau, you are working to achieve a new fitness or performance goal, or you need an average amount of guidance to reach your goals.

You’re active, you’re fit, you’re competing, but you’re looking to level up your health, fitness, or performance. You’re a Mustang, but you want to be a Tesla.

  • This is a good starting point if you are already training regularly and you have some clear performance goals to achieve, but you need help identifying and correcting the areas that may be holding you back. You need some instructions, but only a little bit of guidance to reach your goals.
